  • Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays over the Summer.
  • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check-out is by 10 am.
  • Please do not arrive early or delay your departure.

  • Guest Access: Hard key.

  • Exterior stairs to the property level.

Parking Information

  • Parking: Assigned parking labeled 0604 - under building.
  • Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Must use parking pass.
  • Covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs. Use visitor parking for large vehicles.
  • Parking pass must be used.
  • No facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts.

  • No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Minimum age to rent: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • Maximum guests: 6.
  • Valid government photo ID required for every reservation.
  • Signed rental agreement required. Accepting House Rules online requires reading and acceptance of the rental agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours and more than 60 days from arrival: full refund less $300 cancellation debit.
  • After 48 hours and within 60 days of arrival: no refund unless dates are re-rented. If re-rented, refund less $300 cancellation debit.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Linens (sheets and towels) will be wrapped in sealed packages and placed on the beds.
  • Guests must bring: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
  • Rec Center pool is open year-round except for holidays or any scheduled maintenance at the Rec Center.
  • Pools generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day but may close by HOA, Health Department, or after storms. No refunds for pool closures.
